Roland has over 35 years of experience in international trade with colored gemstones, diamonds, jewelry and their marketing. Previously, he was head of the jewelry and gemstone department for the largest Swiss jewelry company and member of its board of directors. With extensive experience in the development of jewelry lines as well as their marketing and branding, Roland is also a consultant to the trade.

Nata has over 30 years of experience in international trade with colored gemstones and diamonds as a buyer and wholesaler. She has extensive experience in the jewelry industry as a U.S. representative for European brand collections and many years of experience as a manufacturer and seller of fine jewelry pieces.
